Rental Rates for 2007 / 2008 - 3 Bedroom Condo -

8 People maximum

• NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN UNIT
• Security Deposit of $300 is required
• Deposits are not applied against rent, but are refundable after 14 days from departure
• 14 days notice required for cancellation, 60 days notice for winter specials.
• $25 Cancellation Fee
• All rent due in full upon expected day of arrival
• Three night minimum stay required for major holidays
• Mastercard and Visa accepted.
• NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE
• Registrants must be at least 25 years of age.
• Not responsible for damage or loss of personal property.
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• NO SUBLEASING.
• Cleaning Fees - $65 +tax.
